We invite crisis in our lives in order to change, albeit mostly unconsciously, how I resisted that
realization when it started to dawn upon me, what I said! I invited all this pain and anguish into
my life, so I would be open to change? Yes came back the rapid rebounding thought.
I slowly began to realize that with the exception of a few ,the majority of us would never really
change our lifestyle or habits ,unless we had too, even then many of us are so stubborn that we persist in habits that will kill us, like ,alcohol, tobacco, and drugs, both legal and otherwise.
Life in its essence is a dance and the tune we dance to is of our own making, we can create a dance
that can build up to rhapsody of synchronistic splendour and we are full of joy and inner peace,or
we can create a dance that has no rhythm is ugly to watch and ultimately leads to total shambles
and a collapse upon the dance floor.
The dance of life is basically one of aligning ourselves within the universal natural laws, whereby
we are then "going with the flow" and our life and conscious awareness expands and we become
more intuitive to what is the way forward, we realize that exclusivity must leave us, and we then embrace the universal way ,which is always inclusive.
The dance of life could be simply expressed as this, inclusivity equates to life and health, and
exclusivity leads to death and sickness and much anguish along the way.
We pay our money and makes our choices, what will you choose my friend?
warmest regards Michael.
