Ideas-Nearing-Spiritual-Realisation-Instill-Real-Action-Through-Inner-Opening-Numinosity.=I.N.S.P.I.R.A.T.I.O.N.

Respiration the act of breathing in oxygen and exhaling carbon dioxide is located within our lungs,
the organ of breath, inspiration the act of a sudden flash, a rush of energy, that pulses within us,
does not come as many may believe from the head, instead it comes from the heart centre, exactly
where the heart chakra lies. We inbreathe inspiration, through out heart chakra centre, which is
also the seat of all our emotions, high, or low! One can be inspired to write a book on quantum
mechanics, where the energy would come through the heart centre, then be transferred into the
intellectual centre within the brain, or one could be inspired to heal the sick and suffering in the
world, then the energy would come into the heart centre and stay there and be displayed
emotionally as a compassionate force.
The power to become inspired resides solely in our hearts, and the amount of inspiration any of us
receives, depends where the seat of our consciousness lies, if it lies solely in our heads, and we rarely
ever feel deep and meaningful emotions, then we will rarely, if ever, feel the burning flame of
inspiration, if however we have fluctuating excursions to our heart centre and feel deeply and are
passionate about certain things, that are important to us, then we will occasionally feel the heat of
surging inspiring energy flashing into our heart centre, and filling us with its grace?
If we have practised things like meditation or yoga for some time ,we  may have become aware
of the fact that you can actually move your centre of consciousness from your head, into your
heart centre, that way you are much more in touch with your emotions, than you ever were before
when your centre of consciousness was located in your head.
Respiration is associated with the element of water, steamy, wet, whereas  inspiration is associated
with the element of fire, flaming, hot, bright, luminous, much like the heat engaged when passions
arise.
If we move our consciousness out of our heads and into our hearts, we then automatically align
ourselves into the favourable orbit  where inspiration will naturally occur to us, because our awareness and consciousness are aligned and posited in a favourable position.
We will then eventually be inspired to find out exactly who we are, inspiration  will place the
question in our heart centre, that will ask,WHO AM I ?
