Death-Yields-Insights-Numinosity-Gained. =D.Y.I.N.G.

i have been reborn many times within this physical lifetime ,and  so have many of my friends.
Around forty four years ago, i was given just three months to live, due to my chronic alcoholism
and all seemed totally lost for me, i was riddled with crippling fear and blind panic, seeing horrible
nightmarish ghouls and spectres, this was because i had delirium tremens or commonly called  the
DTs, i had already died a thousand deaths while drinking, i was told by someone who said they
understood my problem, because they too had had it, and were in the process of recovery, he told
me that i was beyond human aid, and that if i was to live at all ,i would have to find a power greater
than myself, and then ask that power for help in staying sober.
This i reluctantly did, and went to meetings of like minded people who all had the very same
illness or addiction that i had.
My life changed from that day, i asked my concept of a higher power to help me stay sober ,just  for this day, and continued to go to meetings as i have done for forty four years now.
i discovered that my drunken life had to die, and be reborn in a sober life, i discovered how a man
in his fifties could share that he was only three years old! Because three years before that day he stopped drinking and recalled that he was now just three years old as that is when his real life and living had begun! i was amazed at what i discovered and took up meditation shortly after getting
back to sober living, and have been meditating for well over forty years, in that time i have died many times, and been reborn many times too, i came to fully understand the injunction in the bible where
Jesus says, Except ye be born again, you cannot enter the kingdom of heaven"  i have been born
again many times, and so have many of  my friends also, we can be born again on this Earth without
having to enter the womb twice!!!!
The kingdom of heaven lies within you, not outside, up there bullshit, but right within your very own
heart, heaven means literally harmony, peace from within, that is what i found, and so too have many others as well. In order to live fully, we have to DIE, that is the paradox of livingness.
By meditating daily for over forty years, i discovered the reality of soul consciousness, and soul
awareness, i discovered through personal experience the realty of the human soul, and made telepathic contact with it, and have done so for years, i discovered through personal experience that
we were souls with bodies, and not bodies with souls, there is a vast and fundamental difference.
It is through dying that we are born again into eternal life.
