Our Inner Nature Reveals Inclusiveness Outer Nature Reveals Exclusiveness Part Two.

In we sleep on average of eight hours a night, that means that we sleep for two days and eight hours
per week, five days  focused in the physical world, where we are very familiar with, and two days
eight hours focused in the astral world, where we are not consciously aware of, although unconsciously we are very familiar with the astral plane, most of us have our memory of our
nocturnal visits to the astral plane, wiped clean upon awaking. Although we can train ourselves to
remember if we keep a note book and pen beside our bed, and as soon as we wake write down all you can remember as fast as you can, as it disappears very quickly, if you keep practising this you will gradually build up a picture of what you are doing, and who you are meeting in the astral plane, this will reveal much about yourself and open the door for intuition to flow your way.
Basically we have two natures, that of giving, and of taking, the giving nature is mostly from within
us, our inner nature, and taking is mostly of our outer physical nature, there are many degrees on each
front outer or inner, we are talking about basic traits here.
The biggest obstacle that confronts mankind today is the total ignorance and unknowing of his
true identity. the vast majority of us know nothing about our true inner self, the soul, therefore we
mostly draw all our energy and emotion responses from just the physical point of reference, there is
virtually no actual contact with the real inner identity, just the outer shell and vehicle. This is why
selfishness and rampant egotism is so predominant in the world today, because the basic nature of the outer self is selfish, and geared for survival modes of expression, it served us well hundreds of thousands of years ago, when sabre toothed tigers roamed the land, and would eat you if they saw you, things have moved on somewhat, and we are more civilised or supposed to be!
Our outer natures are geared toward self, that which is mine, and not yours, and our inner nature
which so many of us know nothing at all about, is basically geared toward wholeness, unity, and
inclusiveness, that which is ours.
The other thing we know very little about is what happens to us while asleep, we do in effect and in fact live and exist within two different dimensions all our lives here on earth, while awake we live and move and have our being in the physical world, governed by physical laws and in which we are
all familiar with, then while we are asleep we enter a completely different dimension of existence
and expression, where there are vastly different laws altogether, there we can fly and levitate at will
this level of being and consciousness is called the astral plane, which is vast and unimaginable to most of us,at night we virtually die on the physical plane and our born on the astral plane, we are all
connected by a sliver cord, which stays connected to us, until it is time for us to die here,(change venue) then the cord snaps, and we lose consciousness here, and awake there, to carry on as before.
In part three will link this all together, warmest regards michael,
