This presents itself in the manner of our behaviours ,as millions are caught up in drug abuse ,alcoholism, over and under eating ,gluttony the list goes on.
Self promotion runs riot,(the selfie stick is a firm symbol of this soul sickness).
We are basically three dimensional beings ,physical ,mental ,and spiritual but many of us are just two dimensional beings physical and mental, the spiritual aspect of our expression is as yet unborn.
We have huge holes within us and this causes the cravings and addictions that so many millions have today ,not matter how much we eat or do not eat ,how much we drink or take drugs,how many selfies we take, we cannot fill this emptiness within us ,w e stand on the brink and feel helpless and know not what to do ,and millions die like this every year ,empty ,lost ,alone ,and afraid.
All the time we look "out there" for the answer to our soul sickness ,we will never find it,we need to
look within ourselves ,and think about how we can change this state of being and look toward becoming W-hole as opposed to just having a hole within,we progress to becoming whole and complete ,and add that other dimension of spirituality to our being ,this can easily be done by beginning the regular practise of meditation and yoga ,and perhaps getting some counselling for your addiction as well.
