For those of us that live in the west, and of course for those in the east as well, there is no real
need to look for a master or guru to follow, unless of course you want to.
We all have within us our own master and guru, and that is our own individual soul, the higher
self, that dwells within you.
The master dwells within every human being and is there for us at all times, all we need to do
is to look within ourselves and open up our mind and heart, take up something like yoga or
meditation, and turn your gaze inward.
If we can do that, then ask ourselves the most basic and fundamental question any human
being can ask, that of who am I? If we do that and persist in this line of inner questioning
we will begin to feel the very real presence of our higher self, the master within us, the soul.
Once we make contact with our soul, then we are on our way to experiencing samadhi for
ourselves.
Wisdom is the ability to do two things at once, to be in the world and enjoy it, and at the same time
to be in the realm of light , to be in samadhi.
The whole art of ecstasy, meditation,samadhi, how to become one with the rhythm of the universe
when it exhales, you exhale, when it inhales, you inhale,you live in it, not separate, are one with it.
We can only ever know ourselves by looking within, millions of us spend our entire lives, never
knowing or even being aware of who we really are.
If you asked the average man or woman who they were, they would tell you their name, age,
place of birth, and what they did for a living, zero information about who they really were,
total and mass ignorance of our true identity, surely this needs addressing does it not?
We are all eternal immortal souls, experiencing life as a human being, and feeling what its
like to feel apart from the whole, to feel alone, and lonely at times,to feel lost and abandoned
to feel fear, and experience pain and anguish, all these experiences are needed for us to realise
the wholeness of our reality, and to learn to express love understanding and compassion, it is
through these experiences and the joy and the sadness that they bring, that get us to finally look
within us, and begin the journey that will awaken ourselves into our true nature, bring us into
the mindset that will eventually culminate in our experiencing samadhi, and a cosmic expansion
of our awareness and consciousness.
