From the moment a baby is born it is actively encouraged to look without, hanging mobiles over the babies head and swirling them around ,look, look you say keep focussing on this pretty thing.
Many of us then spend the rest of our lives forever looking outwards,focussing on our gadgets and mobile phones ,thinking that all the while all life answers can be found without ,we can look in the yellow pages, maybe we can find peace of mind and serenity there.
If we are ever to gain a foothold on reality and purpose of Being we need to look within ourselves for the answer to life's riddle
This of course takes time ,but at least we have made a start ,for me it began with meditation and all I was really looking for back there forty years ago was some peace of mind ,being able to relax ,and hopefully find out who I really was ,well I have discovered so much more, our consciousness,
and perception expand, so does our awareness ,we begin to tune into higher energy frequencies
and our intuition is active and we start learning from within.
