This blog today entitled SELF is about who and what "WE" all really ARE,
and we know it NOT! A great master and sage who wrote many books on the
SELF was SRI RAMANA MAHARSHI who was born in India on Dec 30th
1879- and died April 14th 1950. What he taught was that we do not have to do
anything to be the SELF, we already ARE the SELF, but due to a thick blanket
of ignorance, this veils from our realization of who and what we really are.
Our physical body vehicle is just that a vehicle that permits entrance of the SELF
into this relative domain of physical existence. The ancient GREEKS knew about
the SELF being the HOLY SPIRIT within mankind when they wrote above the
temple entrance of APOLLO in Delphi the words "MAN KNOW THYSELF".
The SELF is what we all really ARE, but we are blinded to this full realization
by our own ignorance of who we really , and of course this is not being taught
to us in our education schools or colleges.
The SELF is SPIRIT-ETERNAL-LIMITLESS-FATHOMLESS , these four points
of reference which unfold the SELF are what lies within "YOU" now dear reader
of this blog. The SELF can also be seen as that of being SPIRT-ETERNAL-LIFE-
FREQUENCY-.Because we are all living life frequency, and this life frequency is
that of the almighty OM or AUM. The Om or AUM is basically a universal
homing beacon , which calls all its MOTIONS (YOU AND ME) back to your
original place of BEINGNESS.
This divine pulsation echo's through your inner being , listen in the silence and it will
reveal your SELF to you seeking that inner knowing. Just be YOUR SELF, realize it
and BE IT!
