from within your inner being, it vibrates in our ears and the tone carries a message if
we seek out its meaning.I have heard this tone for over fifty years , and know that it is
not tinnitus or any other medical problem, rather it is your inner spirit being tuning into
your conscious brain awareness. This inner tone began when I started meditation 50
years ago and has been with me ever since.We are all in an ascension renewal cycle
where we are all becoming more aware that we are all spiritual beings which means
being of the spirit. This inner spirit which is vouchsafed within our heart chakra , where
a spirit ATOM is located. This ATOM becomes active when we begin to tune in internally
and this results in a tone being heard within our ears, this audible pitch which is tuning
us into higher frequencies of inner knowing. Our personal awareness and consciousness
levels expand into higher frequencies bands which download universal wisdom into our
waiting brain. There are countless thousands of us who hear this inner tone, it means you
are being re-tuned into higher frequencies of inner knowing. All perfectly normal for our
ascension process to climb into higher inner knowing abilities. DEFT is about tuning into
this divine sound of inner knowing, and beginning the waking up ascension process of our
destiny.We are here to fully wake up , this inner tone is our direction finder,
